One Year Golf Membership with Ninety Day Trial Period
Initiation fee of $2,000 with free monthly dues for the first 90 days.
At the end of 90 days, choose to continue the membership with an additional initiation fee of $3,000. Monthly dues of $545 for next nine months. At the end of one year, $5,000 credited towards Regular Golf membership initiation fee. One Year Golf members enjoy all the same privileges as a Regular Golf member including golf, tennis, fitness, pools, private dining and social activities. One Year Tennis & Health Membership with Ninety Day Trial Period Initiation fee of $800 with free monthly dues for the first 90 days. At the end of 90 days, choose to continue the membership with an additional initiation fee of $1,200. Monthly dues of $299 for next nine months. At the end of one year, $2,000 credited towards Regular Tennis & Health Membership initiation fee. One Year Tennis & Health members enjoy all the same privileges as a Regular Tennis & Health member including tennis, fitness, pools, private dining and social activities. Initiation fee of $250 with free monthly dues for the first 90 days.
At the end of 90 days, choose to upgrade the membership to Regular Social with an additional initiation fee of $500 or resign membership with no further obligations. Monthly dues of $155 and $1,000 annual Food & Beverage begins after conversion to Regular Social membership. Trial Social members enjoy all the same privileges as Regular Social members including pools, private dining and social activities. | |||
