La Paloma Country Club offers a complete spectrum of exercise facilities for club member's that includes men's and women's dressing and locker rooms, steam rooms, and a fully stocked pro shop.  Start-of-the-art equipment from LifeFitness, Paramount and Cybex includes a full array of cardiovascular equipment along with weight machines and free weights.  The Fitness Director is available to instruct members, and trainers are on staff for a personalized exercise program.
	Member's children ages 14 and 15 years old may use the facilities when accompanied by an adult at all times.  Children 16 and 17 years old may use the facilities (unaccompanied by an adult) with a parental release form completed (available at the Tennis & Health Shop Desk).    The workout facilities are open seven days a week from 5:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
